The treatment is relatively pain free for most patients. A feeling of tingling under the skin as the RF energy works to create micro channels to stimulate the remodelling and rebuilding is for the most part quite tolerable. 

Following your Viva treatment, you can expect the treated areas to feel hot and tight, much like a mild sunburn. This along with the redness usually dissipates within a few hours. You may have some areas that look red for a few days, especially on the more sensitive areas of the neck and décolleté. Occasionally some mild swelling may occur. Your skin may feel a little rough a few days after your treatment and may be a bit flaky.

We will send you home with some after care creams and advice to follow to maximise your comfort and results.  

We recommend 3 treatments 4 to 6 weeks apart with maintenance sessions 6 monthly ( varies depending on patients concerns).
